People are resistant to meeting face to face with their therapist, however with so many people in isolation, working away from their colleagues; and otherwise struggling with the pandemic surrounding them, which on the news almost all the time, a lot of people would still benefit from counselling and therapist services.

The Australian Counselling Association has released guidelines for online counselling and psychotherapy. These guidelines cover topics such as who should provide online services, and what clients it is suitable for, as well as many other tips and guidelines.
