Do you have a complete solution for my website needs?

We use techniques, and provide guidance to help improve Search Engine rankings, driving more visitors to your site. Advanced SEO is available for an extra fee.
What happens if my Website is hacked?
There are millions of websites being attacked or hacked daily. While we implement preventative measures to try to prevent your website from being successfully attacked, we however cannot promise that your website will not be hacked. Afterall, some of the biggest websites in the world have been attacked.
However, we keep a backup of your website, so in the event it is hacked, we will restore the website from one of our backup copies.
What is included in Website updates?
Website updates include minor changes to existing content, such as text, images, and testimonials (if applicable). These changes take up to 30 minutes or less each month, to plan and implement. Changes needing longer than thirty minutes can be done as part of a website revamp program. These 30-minute sessions can also be consolidated into one hour of updates. If more extensive updates are required, these can be quoted separately.
Can I cancel at anytime?
We want you to be satisfied with the service you are receiving.
The service we provide is based on continuing service and maintenance. We spend a lot of time to learn about your practice and business, and develop your custom website. Accordingly, if you wish to cancel, a cancellation fee is payable. This is calculated on a reducing scale, depending on how long your website has been active.
Can I get a discount if I pay in advance?
Yes, a discount is available if you prepay the minimum hosting and support period.
Can I use my own hosting company?
We provide professional hosting services for your website, as part of the plan. If you would like to host your website directly, we would need to vet your hosting provider, to ensure that an acceptable level of service and access is possible, for maintenance, uptime/reliability; and general support.
Please discuss your requirements with us. Please note that there is no change in the monthly fee if you decide to self-host.
